Facility
Panda Piping Ltd. is located in the north industrial area of Guelph and owns a private lot which covers over 3.5 acres and contains two buildings. Our fabrication facility covers over 17,000 square feet.
The complete area is enclosed out with a 6 foot high chain-link fence. Along with the fence, the entire property is monitored by 36 real time HD security cameras on a CCTV with sensor activated systems inside and outside the building. The system is linked with our security company 24/7 for immediate action should a trespass occur.
Therefore our yard, which covers over 1.65 acres, can be safely used for material and equipment storage if required. Every inch of our fabrication space is covered by 7 different cranes, ranging in various lifting capacities.
This provides our company more production flexibility and relieves precious floor space inside the fabrication shop which ultimately improves delivery at highly competitive rates.
